My name is Alima; I am originally from Senegal, born in Spain and grew up in France. I am a Financial Credit controller for an American retail company in Nottingham and I occasionally do modelling as a hobby.The reason why I entered the Miss Africa competition and become Miss Africa 2021 is because I believe that a Miss should have the vision to improve herself, be strong and empower other women , especially young women , to do the same regardless of their age, background, beliefs, or culture.

I strongly believe that the key to make a change in society resides in our women and

children.

Children because they are our future and responsibility as humans, and women because we nurture children and bring balance to society together with men.

So as Miss Africa GB, I will embrace this as my main focus and responsibility, to use my communication skills and the resources available to help and support Non -profit Organizations that work toward these causes.
