Visit to SOS Children's Villages in Angola

Miss Black Africa UK 2012, Samaia Tchapesseka paid a visit to the SOS Childrens villages in the towns of Benguela and Lubango this April 2013 and spent four days getting to meet the children and families of the villages which are five hours apart. Her purpose was to see first hand, the work done by the SOS Children’s charity and to assess their needs for her planned fundraiser.

Miss Black Africa will be organising a fundraiser in London this summer 2013 to further aid the work that is carried out in these villages. SOS Children provides shelter, clothing, education, healthcare and support for thousands of children every year.
